Agoura High School is proud to present the Third Annual Rhythm &
Chews Festival and Fall Concert. The concert is to be held on Saturday, November 3 from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Agoura High School, 28545 West Driver Ave., Agoura Hills. The event will be an
energetic community affair with music, food, and fun to
benefit the AHS Music Program.
Hosted by the Agoura High School Music Boosters, this
combined event of The Rhythm & Chews Festival and the
Agoura High School Fall Concert will present a food and
music festival in the parking lot of the Agoura High
Performing Arts Education Center (PAEC), in front of the
school gym, from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. This will be followed
by the Agoura High School Fall Concert which will take place
in the PAEC.
First, there will be a fun food and music festival in the
parking lot of the renowned Agoura High Performing Arts
Education Center (PAEC), in front of the school gym, from
11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
At the festival, supporters will enjoy live jazz music as
well as vocal performances on the patio while enjoying
cuisine from a wide variety of food trucks such as The Grilled
Cheese Truck, Jogasaki Burrito, Panini Grill, the Hungry
Nomad, Dudes Coffee and Ice Cream & More. A prize
drawing will be held throughout the afternoon. The Music
Boosters will have their very own pop-up shop featuring
music-themed jewelry, apparel and crafts. Local merchants
have contributed some wonderful auction items.
Five jazz bands will perform throughout the morning
and early afternoon. In addition to the high school
ensembles, special guest jazz bands from A.E. Wright and
Lindero Canyon middle schools will entertain the lunchtime
In the afternoon, the comprehensive music program will
continue with a more formal Fall Concert inside the PAEC at
1:30 p.m. After preparing rigorously all semester, high
school students from choir, classical wind ensembles and
orchestras will perform their dynamic talents.
Proceeds from Rhythm & Chews events will benefit the
nationally recognized music program at Agoura High School.
All donations will help to purchase and provide essential
components of the music program such as instruments and
instrument repair, sheet music, classroom upgrades and
competition entrance fees.
Generous donors, including L3 Payments, McDonald’s,
Neftin Westlake, Apex Dermatology, Nona Green &
Associates, Arrow Tools and Building Supplies and Smart &
Final have significantly supported the event.
Advance tickets for both portions of the Rhythm &
Chews Festival and Fall Concert are available via AHS’
online box office, ThePAECs.org.
Online tickets range from $22-$26 and include festival
entrance and reserved seating at the concert. Festival
admission is $10, and concert tickets range $12-16.
Festival and Fall Concert tickets will also be available at the
entrance and the PAEC box office on Saturday.
